Telus Mobility (Long Distance)
The law offices of Juroviesky and Ricci LLP have filed a class action lawsuit in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against Telus Mobility.
The suit claims compensation for customers of Telus Mobility that were wrongfully charged for minutes on their cell phone plans that were wrongly rounded to the next minute, thus misrepresenting to the customer the monthly minute usage allotment.
Juroviesky and Ricci LLP are seeking to pursue statutory and common law remedies against the Defendant for breach of the Consumer Protection Act, and Breach of Contract.
