The law offices of Juroviesky and Ricci LLP have filed a class action lawsuit in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against Rogers Communications.
The suit claims compensation for customers of Rogers Communications that were wrongfully charged for minutes on their residential long distance plans that were wrongly rounded to the next minute, thus misrepresenting to the customer the monthly minute usage allotment.
Juroviesky and Ricci LLP are seeking to pursue statutory and common law remedies against the Defendant for breach of the Consumer Protection Act, and Breach of Contract.
