Class Action Update, July 9, 2010
The offices of Juroviesky LLP would like to take this opportunity to update all interested parties as to the status of our BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. (Overtime) Class Action, Rosen v. BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., which is currently moving towards Certification. As of today, certification materials have been served.
Counsel for the Plaintiffs recently hosted an information seminar for all affected and interested parties. The subject matter of the seminar was as follows:
- A discussion regarding the mechanics of the Class Action;
- Information on joining the Class;
- The responsibilities of the Class Members;
- The legal principles underlying the Claim;
Class counsel is pleased as to the attendance and interest in the subject matter of the seminar. As a related matter, please accept our apologies, for the next seminar, we will order refreshments commensurate with the number of anticipated participants.
