CIBC (Overtime Claim)

The law offices of Juroviesky LLP have filed a class action lawsuit in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against CIBC World Markets ("Defendant"), a member of the CIBC group of companies.

The suit claims overtime compensation for employees of CIBC WM that were wrongfully denied, or never properly compensated for their overtime work.

Juroviesky LLP are seeking to pursue statutory and common law remedies against the Defendant for breach of the Employment Standards Act, and Breach of Contract.
