The solid growth of Juroviesky and Ricci LLP brings forth an office change in search of larger and more adequate space to better service our clients. Our firm has steadily grown each year, expanded services, and aggressively plans to move ahead over the next several years with new initiatives and improved services for the benefit of our valued clients. This is an indication of the domestic and global development of Juroviesky and Ricci LLP, and ensures that we remain at the forefront of U.S., Canadian, and International Business/Legal challenges that face many cross-border multi-national companies. The relocation of the Canadian headquarters to larger offices affirms our commitment to existing and future clients. Our local and toll free telephone and fax numbers will remain, along with our New York office address, email and website contact information. As of February 1, 2006, our new Toronto headquarters’ office location will be as follows:

4950 Yonge Street
Madison Centre
Suite 904
Toronto , Ontario

We look forward to better serving you from our new Head Office location.

All the best.
