In response to multiple requests from within and without its Client Base, Juroviesky and Ricci LLP (“J&R LLP”) has launched a new practice to help both Publicly Traded and Closely Held corporations to comply and/or implement the rigorous requirements of SOX and appurtenant regulations/interpretations.  This service is intended to assist companies that are traded on an exchange, plan to be traded on an exchange, expect to be sold, or wish to lend credence to its audited financial statements for banks, investors, creditors, and/or minority shareholders.  With our proprietary work program, J&R LLP helps companies analyze their internal processes, procedures, reporting modus operandi, and operational chain of command decision making process to understand whether or not SOX compliance is achieved or achievable.  Further, J&R LLP will assess whether or not and to what extent weaknesses exist, suggest and implement improvements, and best practice recommendations.  For prospective and historical clients, J&R LLP is pleased to provide an Executive Summary of these services.
