Practice

Henry Juroviesky is our firm's practice leader in class action litigation. Mr. Juroviesky's technical background in financial instruments and products, accounting, and computer and information science renders him uniquely situated to be effective in the prosecution of complex class action litigation. Henry is a former US Treasury Chief Counsel attorney who held senior positions with an internationally renowned firm.

Recent Experience

Acted as Lead Counsel in FMF Capital securities litigation, resulting in the third-largest securities settlement in Canadian history.

Acted as court-appointed principal solicitor for the retail note holders of Asset-Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP) during the recent restructuring of the market following its freeze in mid-2007.

Successfully negotiated a process settlement with KPMG obtaining full overtime compensation in response to a class action suit brought by current and former employees of KPMG.
